design for premium steaks
The problem

In Ukraine, steaks are not so popular as in America and Europe.

A lot of people are under the assumption that steaks are only restaurant food. The consumer does not understand

why they should pay more when buying high-quality steak, instead of just buy meat at shop or market.

The task:
The goals of the advertising company were:
1.

To popularize "Steak Journey" brand and steaks culture in general;
2.

To show the consumers different types of steaks and explain their taste features;
3.

To emphasize that people can enjoy tasty, self-cooked steaks at home, not only in restaurants;
4.

To present a unique product – premium steaks in vacuum packaging, with all the ingredients for cooking.

The process:
For the advertising company were selected high-quality and appetizing images of the 5 main types of steaks: T-bone, Ribeye, Filet mignon, Striploin, Beefsteak.
I selected images with dark background (combined with the black color of the package), a large and clear image of cooked steaks without distracting details.
The name of the steak and a short description of its taste were used on each picture.
Pictures were checked with Facebook Text Overlay tool to make sure they have high Image Text Ratings so ad could run normally.

The result:

These Instagram and Facebook advertising campaigns significantly increased brand recognition, presented the entire line of steaks, collected a lot of comments from potential buyers, and increased traffic to the Steak Journey landing page.
